Clinical science intervention and effect evaluation of chronic atrophic gastritis
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical popular science intervention in outpatients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis in Shanxi Bethune Hospital from October to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number method at the first diagnosis,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine outpatient drug guidance,and patients in the observation group were given individualized clinical popular science intervention for chronic atrophic gastritis on the basis of the control group.The intervention was 1 month.The medication compliance,adverse drug reactions and satisfaction of patients in the 2 groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results The medication compliance of the observation group was significantly improved after popular science intervention,the difference was statisfaction significant(P＜0.05).The occurrence of adverse reactions was more rare in the observation group.The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96％,higher than that of the control group 73％,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical drug popularization education and intervention for patients with chronic atrophic gastritis can improve the medication compliance of patients,promote standardized treatment of patients,ensure drug sfficacy,reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.Patients were satisfied with the popular science form of wechat mini program,which can establish a professional image of pharmacists and build a new service system for pharmacists,and is worth publicity and promotion.
