Effects of proestrol vaginal capsules combined with anti-human papillomavirus gel dressing on vaginal flora,RLU/CO level,and local immune inflammation in patients with cervical HPV infection
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of proestrol vaginal capsules combined with an-tihuman papillomavirus(HPV)gel dressing on vaginal flora,RLU/CO level,and local immune inflammation in pa-tients with cervical HPV infection.Methods A total of 244 cervical HPV infected patients treated from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 122 cases in each group.The control group was treated with interferon,while the observation group was treated with proestrol vaginal capsules combined with HPV gel dressing(relinetab)on the basis of the control group.The HPV overcast rate,clinical efficiency,vaginal flora,RLU/CO level,local immune inflammation,and changes of viral load in the two groups were observed and compared after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the overcast rate and clinical response rate of the ob-servation group and the control group increased significantly,which were statistically different(P＜0.05).After 30 d,60 d,and 90 d of the treatment,the observation group had higher overcast rate than the control group(P＜0.05).The viral load between the observation and the control group decreased,which were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 30 d,60 d,and 90 d of the treatment,lower viral load was observed,which was significantly different(P＜0.05).The immune function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The improvement rate of vaginal microbiota in the observation group(82.8％)was significantly higher than that in the control group(66.4％),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Proestrol vaginal capsules combined with HPV gel dress-ing can significantly improve the symptoms and vaginal flora of HPV patients,reduce the viral load,and regulate local immune inflammatory reaction,which have good clinical application value in the prevention and treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection.
