Effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with Baduanjin on prognosis and related indicators of diabetic nephropathy patients with peritoneal dialysis
Objective To study the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with Baduanjin on the prognosis and related indexes of diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis.Methods From January 2021 to March 2022,a total of 130 patients with diagnosed diabetic nephropathy undergoing peritoneal dialysis in Longquan People's Hospital were selected as the research object.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 65 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oral benazepril hydrochloride tablets,while the observation group was treated with Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with Baduanjin on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose control,renal function indexes and serum inflammatory factors were compared before and after treatment.Results There were no statistical differences in blood glucose,renal function indexes and serum inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After different treatment methods,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment.The observation group was lower than the control group(t1=7.424,P,＜0.001,t2=4.202,P2＜0.001,t3=6.843,P3＜0.001).The levels of 24-hour urine protein quantification(24 h UTP),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and urine albumin excretion rate(UAER)were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(t4=7.462,P4＜0.001,t5=6.673,P5＜0.001,t6=4.560,P6＜0.001).Serum levels of C-reactive protein(C-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t7=4.817,P7＜0.001,t8=6.049,P8＜0.001,t9=6.694,P9＜0.001).Conclusion Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of peritoneal dialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy can effectively reduce the blood glucose,improve renal function,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,which is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients and worthy of clinical application.
