Effects of ultrasound-assisted interventional therapy combined with sackubactril valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic left heart failure
Objective To study the effect of ultrasound-assisted interventional therapy combined with sackubictril valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with chronic left heart failure. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,a total of 113 patients in Sanmen Country People's Hospital with coronary heart disease and chronic left heart failure were selected as study subjects. They were divided into a simple operation group(n=56)and a combined surgery group(n=57).The simple operation group received ultrasound-assisted transradial artery intervention. The combined operation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets on the basis of the treatment in the simple operation group. The cardiac function indexes, serum inflammatory factor indexes, cardiac ultrasound indexes and operation time were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the heart rate and the mean arterial pressure in the combined operation group[(84±4)times/min,(96±3)mmHg]were significantly lower than those in the simple operation group[(96±6)times/min,(110±5)mmHg].Arterial blood oxygen partial pressure, left ventricular ejection fraction, and pulse volume in the combined operation group[(95±4)mmHg,(32.3±2.0)%,(68.8±4.3)times/min]were significantly higher than those in the simple operation group[(84±5)mmHg,(35.6±2.1)%,(55.3±4.3)times/min](P<0.05).After treatment, the reduction of serum inflammatory factors in the combined operation group[(3.1±1.5)mg/ml,(15.2±2.3)ng/L,(43±6)pg/ml,(8.0±2.0)ng/L]was greater than that in the simple operation group[(4.1±1.7)mg/ml,(16.4±2.1)ng/L,(48±6)pg/ml,(8.9±2.5)ng/L],(P<0.05).The values of LVESD and LVEDD in the combined operation group[(35±4)mm,(44±4)mm]were lower than those in the simple operation group[(38±4)mm,(45±4)mm].The value of LVEF in the combined operation group(60±4)%was significantly higher than that of the simple operation group(57±4)%(P<0.05).The average operation time of the simple operation group was(67±29)min,while the average operation time of the combined operation group was(58±24)min(t=48.523,P<0.05).Conclusion ltrasound-assisted interventional therapy combined with sakubactril valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of chronic left heart failure and coronary heart disease can reduce the operation time, significantly improve the cardiac function index and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors, which is worthy of application.
