Effects of Buxue Yimu Pills combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets on pelvic blood flow in patients with intrauterine adhesion
Objective To analyze the effects of Buxue Yimu Pills combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets on pelvic blood flow in treating intrauterine adhesions.Methods A prospective study was carried out in 96 patients with intrauterine adhesion in First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from October 2022 to October 2023.The patients were divided into a control group(48 cases)and an experimental group(48 cases)by the method of random number table.The control group was treated with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Buxue Yimu pills combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Compared the clinical efficacy in both groups:uter-ine volume and endometrial thickness before treatment and 2 to 3 month after treatment,levels of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)and estradiol(E2)before and after treatment,vascular blood flow index,resistance index,peak blood flow velocity.Results After clinical treatment,the clinically effective patients in the control group and the experimental group were 40 cases and 47 cases,accounting for 83％and 98％,respectively.After 2 to 3 months of treatment,the uterine volume and the endometrial thickness in both groups increased in comparison with that be-fore the treatment,and the variations in the experimental group was larger than those in the control group.Com-pared with that before treatment,the HCG and the resistance index were decreased in both groups,while E2,vas-cular blood flow index and peak blood flow velocity were increased in the experimental group.The variations in the experimental group was larger than those in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Buxue Yimu pills com-bined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets has good clinical effect in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion,which can effectively restore uterine,improve sex hormone,and ameliorate pelvic blood flow.
