乌鸡白凤丸联合文拉法辛对产后抑郁患者载脂蛋白B微小RNA-195的影响

摘要
目的 分析乌鸡白凤丸联合文拉法辛对产后抑郁(PPD)患者载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、微小RNA(miR)-195的影响.方法 选取2022年7月至2023年6月在浙江省温州市第七人民医院治疗的150例PPD患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组75例、研究组75例,对照组患者使用文拉法辛药物治疗,研究组患者使用乌鸡白凤丸联合文拉法辛治疗,检测2组患者的ApoB、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、性激素、miR-195、miR-124、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分,对比2组患者临床疗效及不良反应.结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者ApoB、黄体酮、miR-124、PSQI评分、EPDS评分水平降低,且治疗后研究组低于对照组(P＜0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者5-HT、NE、雌二醇、miR-195水平升高,且治疗后研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05);与对照组相比,研究组治疗总有效率较高(P＜0.05).2组之间的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 乌鸡白凤丸联合文拉法辛治疗可以缓解患者的焦虑情绪,提高其睡眠及生活质量,治疗效果明显.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of Wuji Baifeng Pill combined with venlafaxine on ApoB and miR-195 in patients with postpartum depression(PPD).Methods A total of 150 patients with postpartum depression treated in the Wenzhou Seventh People's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected.All pa-tients were divided into a control group(75 cases)and a study group(75 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with venlafaxine,while the study group was treated with Wuji Baifeng Pill com-bined with venlafaxine.The levels of ApoB,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE),sex hormones,miR-195,miR-124,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS)scores were measured in both groups.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were com-pared.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of ApoB,P,miR-124,PSQI scores,and EPDS scores in both groups decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of 5-HT,NE,E2,and miR-195 in both groups increased af-ter treatment,and in the study group was higher than the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the patients in the study group showed higher overall treatment effectiveness after treatment(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Wuji Baifeng Pill combined with venlafaxine can effectively alleviate patients'anxiety,en-hance their sleep quality,and improve their overall quality of life,demonstrating a notable therapeutic outcome.
