Application Analysis of Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil for Caudal Block during Anesthesia of Anorectal Surgery
Objective:To analyze the application effects of caudal block with Ropivacaine and Sufentanil during anesthesia of anorectal surgery.Method:A total of 130 patients undergoing anorectal surgery admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected, and they were divided into combined group and single drug group by the block randomization method, with 65 cases in each group. All patients received caudal block analgesia, and single drug group was given Ropivacaine for anesthesia, combined group was given Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil for anesthesia. The degree of intraoperative traction reflection, anesthetic effects(duration of anesthesia, overall anesthesia effect, maximum motor block arrival time),analgesic effects[analgesic onset time, numerical rating scale(NRS)],recovery time of muscle strength of both lower limbs, recovery time of voluntary urination and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative traction reflection degree,NRS scores at 2,6,12 and 24 h after surgery and total incidence rate of adverse reactions in combined group were significantly lower than those in single drug group(P<0.05);duration of anesthesia, maximum motor block arrival time, analgesic onset time, recovery time of muscle strength of both lower limbs, recovery time of voluntary urination were shorter than those in single drug group(P<0.05);the overall anesthesia effect was significantly better than that in single drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During anesthesia of anorectal surgery,Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil for caudal block can effectively shorten the analgesic onset time, and it has high anesthetic and analgesic effects. It can also promote the postoperative recovery to a certain extent and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
