Observation on the Effect of Disdium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6 Injection Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion
Objective:To observe the effiect of Disdium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6 Injection combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Method:A total of 60 patients with malignant pleural effusion admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Chest Hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Cisplatin intrapleural perfusion, and the treatment group was treated with Cisplatin combined with Disdium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6 Injection intrapleural perfusion. The short-term curative effect, adverse reaction, tumor markers and serum T cell subgroup in the two groups were compared.Result:The complete response rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after treatment,CEA,CA125 and CA199 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after treatment,CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells and CD4+/CD8+ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with malignant pleural effusion, intrapleural infusion of Disdium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6 combined with Cisplatin has a good short-term effect. It can strengthen the anticancer and tumor suppressive effect, effectively reduce adverse reactions, and protect the body's immunity to a certain degree.
