Effect of Reduning Injection Combined with Acetylcysteine Nebulized Inhalation on T Lymphocyte Subsets and Inflammatory Factors in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Reduning Injection combined with Acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Method:Using a random number table method,84 children with MPP admitted to Lianjiang Health Center for Women and Children from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Reduning Injection combined with Acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation,were treated for 7 days.The clinical indicators,T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Result:The disappearance time of moist rale,hospitalization time,and time for body temperature to return to normal in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,and inflammatory factors in both groups improved compared with those before treatment,and the observation group showed more significant improvement,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reduning injection combined with Acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation can regulate the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors in children with MPP,and promote their recovery.
