摘要

目的:探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿采用热毒宁注射液联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗的效果.方法:采用随机数字表法将廉江市妇幼保健院2022年1月—2023年1月收治的MPP患儿84例分为两组,各 42 例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用热毒宁注射液联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗,均治疗 7 d.比较两组临床指标、T淋巴细胞亚群及炎症因子.结果:观察组湿啰音消失时间、住院时间及体温恢复正常时间均比对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平及炎症因子水平均较治疗前改善,且观察组均改善更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:MPP患儿采用热毒宁注射液联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入可调节T淋巴细胞亚群及炎症因子水平,促进患儿恢复.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Reduning Injection combined with Acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Method:Using a random number table method,84 children with MPP admitted to Lianjiang Health Center for Women and Children from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Reduning Injection combined with Acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation,were treated for 7 days.The clinical indicators,T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Result:The disappearance time of moist rale,hospitalization time,and time for body temperature to return to normal in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,and inflammatory factors in both groups improved compared with those before treatment,and the observation group showed more significant improvement,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reduning injection combined with Acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation can regulate the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors in children with MPP,and promote their recovery.
