针灸联合鼓室注射地塞米松治疗突发性聋的临床效果分析

摘要
目的:分析针灸联合鼓室注射地塞米松治疗突发性聋的临床效果.方法:选取宜春市人民医院 2021 年 6 月—2023 年 1 月收治的 90 例突发性聋患者为研究对象,将其随机分为传统治疗组、鼓室注射组和针灸联合鼓室注射组,各 30 例.传统治疗组实施常规对症治疗,鼓室注射组在传统治疗组基础上鼓室注射地塞米松,针灸联合鼓室注射组在鼓室注射组基础上实施针灸治疗.比较三组临床疗效、血液流变学指标及不良反应情况.结果:针灸联合鼓室注射组治疗总有效率高于鼓室注射组及传统治疗组(P＜0.05).治疗后三组红细胞沉降率(ESR)、血浆比黏度、红细胞压积均较治疗前降低,针灸联合鼓室注射组上述指标均低于鼓室注射组和传统治疗组,且鼓室注射组低于传统治疗组(P＜0.05).三组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:针灸联合鼓室注射地塞米松治疗突发性聋效果显著,可改善内耳血液微循环及听力,且治疗安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with tympanic cavity injection of Dexamethasone in the treatment of sudden deafness.Method:A total of 90 patients with sudden deafness admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the traditional treatment group,the tympanic cavity injection group and the acupuncture combined with tympanic cavity injection group,with 30 cases in each group.The traditional treatment group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,the tympanic cavity injection group was treated with tympanic cavity injection of Dexamethasone on the basis of the traditional treatment group,and the acupuncture combined with tympanic cavity injection group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the tympanic cavity injection group.The clinical efficacy,hemorheological indexes and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the acupuncture combined with tympanic cavity injection group was higher than those of the tympanic cavity injection group and the traditional treatment group(P＜0.05).After treatment,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),plasma specific viscosity and hematocrit in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,the above indicators in the acupuncture combined with tympanic cavity injection group were lower than those in the tympanic cavity injection group and the traditional treatment group,and the tympanic cavity injection group was lower than those in the traditional treatment group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture combined with tympanic cavity injection of Dexamethasone is effective in the treatment of sudden deafness.It can improve the blood microcirculation in the inner ear and improve the hearing,and has high therapeutic safety.
