中药敷贴联合脐灸治疗老年性便秘的效果及对肠道菌群的影响

摘要
目的:探究中药敷贴联合脐灸治疗老年性便秘的效果及对肠道菌群的影响.方法:选取新余市中医院 2021 年 7 月—2022 年 10 月收治的 84 例老年性便秘患者,随机分为两组,各 42 例.对照组用乳果糖治疗,观察组在此基础上行中药敷贴联合脐灸治疗.比较两组治疗效果、排便情况、肠道菌群.结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P＜0.05).治疗 14 d后,两组的每周排便次数、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、粪便性状评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组均较对照组更高(P＜0.05);两组大肠埃希菌较治疗前均降低,且观察组较对照组更低(P＜0.05).结论:中药敷贴联合脐灸可改善老年性便秘患者的粪便性状及肠道菌群,提高治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with umbilical moxibustion on the treatment of senile constipation and its influence on intestinal flora.Method:A total of 84 patients with senile constipation admitted to Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to October 2022 were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Lactulose,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine application combined with umbilical moxibustion.The efficacy,bowel movement and intestinal flora of the two groups were compared.Result:The treatment total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the weekly frequency of defecation,Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and fecal trait scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);Escherichia coli of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine application combined with umbilical moxibustion can improve the fecal characters and intestinal flora of senile constipation patients and improve the curative effect.
