Study on the Effect of Shoutai Pills in Adjuvant Treatment of Threatened Abortion Based on Immune Regulation and Endocrine Mechanism
Objective:To analyze the effect of Shoutai Pills in adjuvant treatment of threatened abortion based on immune regulation and endocrine mechanism.Method:A total of 90 patients with threatened abortion admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of CM from May 2020 to May 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into Shoutai Pills group(n=43)and conventional group(n=47)according to the treatment protocol. The conventional group was treated with oral Dydrogesterone combined with intramuscular injection of Chorionic Gonadotrophin, and the Shoutai Pills group was treated with oral Shoutai Pills on the basis of the conventional group. The levels of immune regulation indexes and endocrine indexes were compared between the two groups, and the comprehensive efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy were evaluated.Result:The comprehensive efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy of Shoutai Pills group(90.70%,88.37%)were significantly higher than those of conventional group(65.96%,61.70%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+ in Shoutai Pills group was significantly higher than that in conventional group, and CD8+ in Shoutai Pills group was significantly lower than that in conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of estradiol(E2)and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)in Shoutai Pills group were significantly higher than those in conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shoutai pills in adjuvant treatment of threatened abortion is significant, which may play a role by affecting immune regulation and endocrine function.
