Analysis of Self Perceived Burden and Related Influencing Factors in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI
Objective:To observe the self perceived burden(SPB)of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and analyze its related influencing factors.Method:A total of eighty one CHD patients admitted to Jinggangshan University Affiliated Hospital from June 2020 to September 2022 were selected, all treated with PCI in our hospital. The SPB level of patients after PCI was evaluated with the self perceived burden scale(SPBS).The related influencing factors of SPB in CHD patients after PCI were analyzed by linear regression.Result:The average SPBS score of 81 CHD patients was(32.82±3.76)scores,which was in the middle burden level. The SPBS scores of patients with different cultural level, course of disease, economic status and self-efficacy data were compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the SPBS scores of patients with other different data had no statistical differences(P>0.05).By linear regression analysis, the results showed that cultural level in junior high school and below, course of disease>5 years, poor economic status and low level of self-efficacy were the influencing factors of SPB in CHD patients after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion:The SPB of CHD patients after PCI is at a moderate level, which may be affected by the course of disease,self-efficacy,cultural level, economic status and other factors.
