The Application Value of Two-dimensional Ultrasound and Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Breast Nodules in Patients
Objective:To explore the diagnostic efficacy of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast nodules.Method:A total of 88 patients with breast nodules who were admitted to Xinglin Branch, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected, and two-dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound and surgical pathological biopsy were performed on them. The results of pathological biopsy were used as the diagnostic gold standard, and the efficacy of the above two imaging examination methods in the separate and combined diagnosis was compared, and the blood flow of different types of nodules was compared based on the ultrasound image.Result:The results of pathological biopsy showed that 88 breast nodules included 30 malignant nodules and 58 benign nodules. The diagnostic accuracy rate of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound was 96.59%,higher than 85.23%of two-dimensional ultrasound and 82.95%of color Doppler ultrasound(P<0.05).Color Doppler ultrasound images showed that the arterial systolic peak flow velocity(PSV),pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI),and vascular index(VI)of benign nodules were lower than those of malignant nodules(P<0.05).The proportions of benign nodules with blood flow grading of grade 0 and grade Ⅰ were higher than those of malignant nodules(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between benign and malignant nodules in the proportion of nidus with regular shape, the aspect ratio of nodules, the presence of coarse calcification and microcalcification, and the histological abnormal of axillary lymph nodes(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined analysis of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis result of breast nodules can obtain information about the nature and blood flow status of the nodules, which is convenient for clinical accurate determination of the nature of the nodules.
