疏肝健脾方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的研究进展

摘要
腹泻型肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea,IBS-D)作为近年来最常见的功能性疾病之一,因其复杂且尚未明确的病因病机以及日渐上升的发病率而备受关注.肝郁脾虚,肝脾不调是IBS-D的关键发病病机,故临床上常以疏肝健脾法为基本治法来拟定疏肝健脾方进行治疗.近年来,对疏肝健脾方治疗IBS-D的研究越来越多,本文将对相关的临床研究及实验研究进行综述.
Abstract
As one of the most common functional diseases in recent years,irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea(IBS-D)has been singled out for its complex,unclear etiology and increasing incidence.Liver depression and spleen deficiency,liver and spleen disregulation are the key pathogenesis of IBS-D,so the Shugan Jianpi prescription is often formulated clinically with Shugan Jianpi method as the basic treatment.In recent years,there have been more and more studies on the treatment of IBS-D by Shugan Jianpi Prescription.This article will review the related clinical and experimental studies.
