摘要
高血压通常症状较轻、患者不易察觉,因此在无形中对患者心脏、肾脏和大脑等重要器官造成了严重的、不可逆性的损伤.其中,部分高血压患者往往存在继发性的病因,若患者能够尽早得到对原发病的明确诊断、接受规范化的治疗,将会很大程度上降低血压水平和减轻对重要靶器官的损伤,提高患者的生活质量并改善预后.本文总结了不同类型的肾性高血压在临床的诊断和治疗方法,并对其未来发展进行了展望和思考.
Abstract
Usually,the symptoms of hypertension are mild,and it is difficult for patients to detect it,so it causes serious and irreversible damage to important organs such as heart,kidney and brain.Among them,some patients with hypertension often have secondary causes.If the patients can get a clear diagnosis of the primary disease and receive standardized treatment as soon as possible,the blood pressure level will be greatly reduced,the damage to important target organs will be alleviated,the quality of life of patients and the prognosis will be improved.This article summarizes the clinical diagnosis and treatment of different types of renal hypertension,and looks forward to its future development.
