Application of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Non-invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in COPD and Its Influence on Hemodynamics
Objective:To investigate the application of Dexmedetomidine combined with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and its influence on hemodynamics.Method:A total of 73 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases treated in Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=37)and control group(n=36)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation, and the experimental group was treated with Dexmedetomidine on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy, heart rate, mean arterial pressure, arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),pH value and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate was 91.89%in experimental group and 72.22%in control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of experimental group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PaO2 and pH values of both groups were significantly increased, and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,PaCO2 of both groups were significantly decreased, and that in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation has a good effect on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, which can effectively improve hemodynamics and has high safety.
