Effect of Perioperative Period Precision Nursing on Rehabilitation of Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumor after Microtraumatic Operation
Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative period precision nursing on rehabilitation of patients with gastrointestinal tumor after microtraumatic operation.Method:A total of 90 patients with gastrointestinal tumor underwent microtraumatic operation admitted to Huai'an Second People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into precision nursing group and routine nursing group according to time grouping method, with 45 cases in each group. The routine nursing group implemented the routine nursing management mode in the perioperative period, and the precision nursing group implemented the full precision nursing measures on the basis of the routine nursing group. The postoperative recovery status, postoperative complications, stress response and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Result:The first activity time to get out of bed,the first time to exhaust gas,the first time to defecate and hospital stay in the precision nursing group were shorter than those in the routine nursing group, and the postoperative pain score and the total incidence of complications were lower than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The levels of C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)in precision nursing group were significantly lower than those in routine nursing group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree score of precision nursing group was higher than that of routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative period precision nursing can effectively reduce the stress response of patients with gastrointestinal tumor after laparoscopic operation, accelerate postoperative rehabilitation and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
