Effects of Narrative Nursing Intervention on Anxiety,Depression and Post-traumatic Growth in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury during Rehabilitation
Objective:To observe the effects of narrative nursing intervention on anxiety, depression and post-traumatic growth in patients with spinal cord injury during rehabilitation,so as to provide a reference for clinical narrative nursing.Method:A total of 78 patients with spinal cord injury during rehabilitation who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine psychological nursing, and the observation group was given narrative nursing on this basis. The anxiety, depression and post-traumatic growth of the two groups were observed and compared before and after intervention.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Chinese-posttraumatic growth inventory(C-PTGI)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of C-PTGI in the observation group after intervention was higher than that before intervention and that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of narrative nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of anxiety and depression in patients with spinal cord injury during the rehabilitation, improve the level of post-traumatic growth and promote mental health.
