Effect of Nutritional Guidance Combined with Multidisciplinary Collaborative Diagnosis and Treatment Model on Patients with Acute Pancreatitis
Objective:To explore the effect of nutrition guidance combined with multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment(MDT)model in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Method:A total of 120 AP patients admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were taken as the research objects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group was given nutrition guidance combined with MDT model. The recovery of illness status, nutritional status, quality of life and incidence of complications of the two groups were observed.Result:The acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the time for amylase(AMS)to return to normal, abdominal pain and abdominal distension disappeared were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the follow-up,the levels of albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(1.67%)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nutrition guidance combined with MDT model in patients with AP can improve the nutritional status, improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications and promote the recovery of patients.
