Effects of Sequential Blood Purification Therapy on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Myocardial Damage in Patients with Organophosphorus Poisoning
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of sequential blood purification therapy in patients with organophosphorus poisoning.Method:A total of 74 patients with organophosphorus poisoning admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine emergency + hemoperfusion therapy,while the observation group was treated with sequential blood purification therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,recovery,serum inflammatory factors and myocardial damage markers were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.89%(34/37),which was higher than 72.97%(27/37)in the control group,the recovery time of cholinesterase(CHE)activity was(90.47±6.09)h,coma time was(75.29±5.31)h and hospitalization time was(12.33±1.26)d,which were significantly shorter than(110.21±8.36)h,(106.39±6.42)h,and(15.49±1.89)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in interleukin-6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),procalcitonin(PCT),cardiac troponin T(cTnT),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,in the observation group,the IL-6 was(75.39±6.31)ng/L,CRP was(6.37±1.02)mg/L,WBC was(8.72±1.69)×109/L,PCT was(1.14±0.38)μg/L,cTnT was(0.41±0.05)μg/L,CK-MB was(6.20±1.07)ng/mL and LDH was(201.95±16.45)U/L,which was lower than(102.63±8.59)ng/L,(8.63±1.56)mg/L,(10.21±2.03)×109/L,(2.09±0.41)μg/L,(0.72±0.20)μg/L,(9.48±1.52)ng/mL,(254.37±20.63)U/L in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sequential blood purification therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with organophosphorus poisoning,which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body and reduce myocardial damage.
