The Value of Coronary Angiography Combined with Blood Fractional Flow Reserve in Evaluating Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of coronary angiography combined with fractional flow reserve(FFR)in the evaluation of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method:A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Fengcheng People's Hospital from May 2021 to August 2022 were selected, and randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group. The control group received coronary angiography and PCI treatment, while the observation group was combined with FFR diagnosis on the basis of the control group, and the PCI method was determined based on the FFR results. The number of stent placements, the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events, cardiac function,6-minute walking distance(6MWD),and Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The number of stents in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in cardiac function,6MWD,and SAQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the cardiac function,6MWD,and SAQ scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Coronary angiography combined with FFR has significant evaluation value for PCI and improves the accuracy and effectiveness of clinical treatment.
