Clinical Observation on"4S"Lung Rehabilitation Exercise Nursing Guidance for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective:To explore the application effect of"4S"lung rehabilitation exercise nursing guidance on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted and 160 stable stage COPD patients admitted to the Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine Department of Xiangzhou District People's Hospital of Xiangyang City from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected, they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,80 cases in each group. The observation group received routine treatment and"4S"lung rehabilitation exercise nursing guidance, while the control group received routine treatment and regular rehabilitation exercise. The first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),percentage of first second forced expiratory volume to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC%),6 min walking distance(6MWD),St George's respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ),modified medical research council(mMRC)and COPD assessment test(CAT)score between two groups were compared.Result:After intervention, the lung function of both groups were increased compared to those before intervention, and the FEV1 and FEV1/FVC%of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the 6MWD and SGRQ score in the observation group improved significantly compared to those before intervention, and significantly improved compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the observation group had better mMRC and CAT scores than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:"4S"lung rehabilitation exercise nursing guidance can significantly improve dyspnea symptoms, improve pulmonary function and enhance exercise adaptability. In conclusion,on the basis of standardized treatment of COPD,the implementation of"4S"lung rehabilitation exercise nursing guidance can significantly improve the treatment effect of stable COPD patients.
