Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Reduction in the Treatment of Distal Fracture of Radius in Children
Distal fracture of radius is one of the most common upper extremity fracture in children.Most of the treatment methods are closed reduction and plaster fixation,the surgical indications for open fracture,intra-articular fracture,irreducible fracture,unstable fracture and related nerve injury are relatively clear.Therefore,whether surgical reduction or closed reduction,it is particularly important to promote fracture healing,local blood circulation,and prevent growth disorders and complications.After the completion of closed reduction of distal fracture of radius in children,to ensure good wound healing,it can be further combined with appropriate traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods.This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine combined with reduction in the treatment of distal fracture of radius in children.
