Comparison of the Effect of Modified Adhesive Retention and Traditional Adhesive Retention in Patients with Oral Implant Repair
Objective:To explore the effect of modified adhesive reattachment and traditional adhesive reattachment in patients with oral implant repair.Method:A total of 90 patients with oral implant repair admitted to the Stomatology Department of Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the lottery method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received traditional adhesive retention therapy, and the study group received modified adhesive retention therapy. The restoration effect, quality of life, implant function and satisfaction were evaluated in the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of repair in the study group was 97.78%,which was higher than 82.22%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The each scores of oral health impact profile 14(OHIP-14)in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of language function, aesthetic function, reattachment function and mastication function in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified adhesive retention has better repair effect in patients with oral implant repair, which can significantly improve the quality of life, implant function and patients'satisfaction.
