Study on High Ligation of Lower Limb Veins Based on Hemodynamic Correction
Objective:To investigate high ligation of lower limb veins based on hemodynamic correction.Method:A total of 62 patients with lower limb varicose veins admitted to Taishan People's Hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were selected, randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with traditional high ligation + extraction, and the study group was treated with high ligation of lower limb veins based on hemodynamic correction. The hospital stay, intraoperative bleeding volume, recurrence rate, the degree of postoperative pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The hospital stay of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group, the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the percentage of mild pain in the study group was higher, and the percentage of severe pain was lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications such as phlebitis, deep vein injury, saphenous nerve injury, skin ecchymosis, incision infection, anesthesia and thrombosis in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional high ligation + extraction and exudation, high ligation of lower limb veins based on hemodynamic correction in patients with lower extremity varicose vein treatment has lower postoperative pain, lower incidence of postoperative complication and lower disease recurrence rate, which promotes rapid postoperative recovery of patients and effective recovery of varicose veins, the effect of high ligation of lower extremity vein based on hemodynamic correction is remarkable.
