Effect of Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography Combined with Shuganning in the Treatment of Choledocholithiasis and Obstructive Jaundice
Objective:To observe and discuss the clinical effect of combined with shuganning after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)treatment in patients with choledocholithiasis and obstructive jaundice.Method:A total of 80 patients with choledocholithiasis and obstructive jaundice were admitted to the Gastroenterology Department of Ganxian District People's Hospital of Ganzhou from June 2020 to September 2022 were selected as clinical objects.Random number table method was used to conduct a control study, the control group was treated with ERCP,and the combined group was treated with ERCP combined with Shuganning, with 40 cases in each group.Total effective rate, symptom remission time, total hospital stay, liver function[total bilirubin(TBIL),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),cholinesterase(CHE),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the combined group was 90.00%,which was higher than 72.50%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The yellowing removal time, temperature recovery normal time, abdominal pain relief time and total hospital stay in combined group were shorter than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TBIL,ALP and ALT were decreased and CHE were increased in the two groups compared to those before treatment, and those in the combined group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ERCP combined with Shuganning has a definite effect, which can accelerate the relief of symptoms and improve liver function.
