Effect of Water and Light Injection Combined with Intense Pulsed Light in the Treatment of Female Delayed Acne and Its Influence on Serum Inflammatory Factors
Objective:To study the effect of water and light injection combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of female delayed acne and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 110 female patients with delayed onset acne in Dingzhou People's Hospital were selected from January 2022 to January 2023.They were divided into matching group(n=55)and reference group(n=55)by systematic randomization method. The reference group was treated with intense pulsed light, and the matching group was treated with water and light injection based on the reference group. The clinical efficacy, skin lesion symptoms, skin barrier function and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the matching group was higher than that of the reference group(94.55%vs.81.82%)(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of lesions in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the matching group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment, the epidermal water content of the matching group was higher than that of the reference group, but the number of erythema and transdermal water loss(TEWL)were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the matching group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Water and light injection combined with intense pulsed light is effective in the treatment of female delayed acne, and can significantly improve the skin barrier function and serum inflammatory factor levels.
