Effect of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin on IL-18,IL-33 and NT-proBNP in Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:The effects of Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin on serum interleukin-18,IL-33,and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level and efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:Seventy-two patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from July 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided two groups by random number table method. The control group(n=36)was treated with Clopidogrel on the basis of conventional treatment, and the experimental group(n=36)was treated with Aspirin on the basis of the control group. Both groups took the drug continuously for 4 weeks. The levels of inflammatory factors and NT-proBNP were compared between the two groups. The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared.Result:The levels of IL-6,IL-18,IL-33 and NT-proBNP in two groups after 7 d of treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group(11.11%)and the control group(8.33%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can better exert its efficacy, improve clinical efficacy, and reduce the levels of IL-6,IL-18,IL-33 and NT-proBNP,which is safe and effective.
