Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Focused Solution Model on Emotion and Therapy Adherence of Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention based on focused solution mode in patients with ankylosing spondylitis and its influence on emotion and therapy adherence.Method:A total of 58 patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted to Department of Rheumatology and Endocrinology,Sanming First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January to December 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method.Patients in the control group(n=29)were given routine nursing,and patients in the observation group(n=29)were given routine nursing and nursing intervention based on focused solution mode.The mental state,pain degree,joint function,self-efficacy and therapy adherence of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Bath ankylosing spondylitis function index scale(BASFI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score after nursing and total compliance rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing based on focused solution model in the clinical treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis can obviously improve the patients'bad mood and pain,and improve their therapy adherence and self-efficacy,so that patients can actively cooperate with treatment and nursing with a positive mentality,and then effectively improve their joint function.
