Effects of Mental Nursing Based on Personality Trait on Postoperative Mental Status,Coping Modes and Quality of Life of Patients with Thyroid Carcinoma
Objective:To explore the effects of mental nursing based on personality trait on postoperative mental status,coping modes and quality of life of patients with thyroid carcinoma.Method:A total of 92 patients with thyroid carcinoma admitted to Department of Operating Room,Yingtan City People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46)according to random number table method.The control group received routine mental nursing,and the observation group received mental nursing based on personality trait on the basis of the control group.The mental status,coping modes and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Result:Compared with the control group,the scores of anxiety,depression,submission and avoidance in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower,while the scores of face and quality of life in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mental nursing based on personality trait is helpful for patients with thyroid carcinoma to alleviate anxiety and depression,actively face the disease and improve their quality of life.
