The Application Effect of Solumbra Thrombectomy Technique in Acute Stroke
Objective:To explore the application effect of Solumbra thrombectomy technique in acute stroke.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute stroke admitted to Department of Neurosurgery,Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from February 2019 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional stent thrombectomy,and the observation group was treated with Solumbra thrombectomy technique.The vascular recanalization rate,thrombectomy times,thrombectomy time,serum paraoxonase-1(PON-1)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),neurological function and complications were evaluated in the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the vascular recanalization rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The times of thrombectomy in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the thrombectomy time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum PON-1,BDNF and national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);1 month after treatment,the serum PON-1,BDNF of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Solumbra thrombectomy technique in acute stroke can reduce the times of thrombectomy,shorten the time of thrombectomy,increase serum PON-1 and BDNF,improve neurological function,with relatively high safety and low complication rate.
