Study on the Correlation between Self-perceived Burden and Sense of Coherence in Elderly Patients with Ischemic Stroke
Objective:To explore the correlation between self-perceived burden and sense of coherence in elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 121 elderly patients with ischemic stroke who were hospitalized in Shandong Provincial Hospital Group Heze Hospital from March to December 2022 were selected.General data of patients were collected by general data questionnaire. The correlation between patients'between self-perceived burden and sense of coherence were analyzed by self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)and sense of coherence scale(SOC-13),and the influencing factors of patients'self-perceived burden were investigated.Result:In 121 elderly patients with ischemic stroke, the average score of SPBS was(32.69±6.34)scores,and the average score of SOC-13 was(55.51±9.86)scores,which was negatively correlated(r=-0.601,P<0.001).Course of disease,self-care ability, health status of caregivers and sense of coherence were the main factors of the self-perceived burden of elderly patients with ischemic stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion:Timely evaluation the degree of sense of coherence of elderly patients with ischemic stroke and positive intervention can reduce their self-perceived burden.
