Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound Combined with Diffusion Weighted Imaging in the Differential Diagnosis of Hysteromyoma and Uterine Sarcoma
Objective:To analyze the value of value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with diffusion weighted imaging in the differential diagnosis of hysteromyoma and uterine sarcoma.Method:A total of 102 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to Taicang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 10 patients with uterine sarcoma were selected as the control group. Both groups were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography and diffusion weighted imaging. The value of peak flow velocity(Vmax),resistance index(RI)of uterine artery combined with apparent diffusion coeffecient(ADC)value and diffusion coefficient(D)value in the differential diagnosis of hysteromyoma and uterine sarcoma were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Result:Vmax and RI in observation group were lower than those in control group,ADC value and D value in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The AUC of color Doppler ultrasound(Vmax,RI)and diffusion weighted imaging(ADC value,D value)of single and combined prediction of uterine sarcoma respectively was 0.740,0.752,0.836,0.812 and 0.898.Conclusion:Vmax and RI are both increased and ADC combined with D values were decreased in patients with hysteromyoma.Color Doppler ultrasound with diffusion weighted imaging have certain diagnostic value for hysteromyoma and uterine sarcoma, but the combination of them is more valuable for hysteromyoma.
