In recent years,the incidence of gastrointestinal diseases has gradually increased in our country,and painless gastroscopy is the most reliable and commonly used diagnostic method.The combination of Butorphanol and Propofol has a good analgesic effect with few adverse reactions,and has been widely used in painless gastroscopy.However,it is still unknown whether the dosage of Butorphanol applied to patients at different ages is consistent.The purpose of this study is to explore the dosage of Butorphanol applied to patients at different ages receiving painless gastroscopy,so as to provide reference for clinical use.
