Research Progress on Risk Factors of Ventricular Remodeling after Acute Myocardial Infarction
Ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is closely related to the occurrence and prognosis of heart failure(HF).The ventricular remodeling process begins rapidly, usually within the first few hours after infarction, and continues to progress.Even in patients who have successfully received primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),the proportion of ventricular remodeling is still relatively high. Therefore, early reduction of risk factors and effective prevention and treatment strategies for high-risk patients for early intervention and close follow-up have become one of the hotspots of current research. This article introduces the research progress of risk factors for ventricular remodeling after AMI.
