Effect of IVUS Combined with Coronary Rotational Atherectomy in Patients with Coronary Artery Calcification Lesion and Its Influence on Cardiac Function Indexes
Objective:To investigate the effect of intravascular ultra-sound combined with coronary rotational atherectomy in patients with coronary artery calcification lesion and its influence on cardiac function indexes.Method:A total of 122 patients with severe coronary artery calcification lesion admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Jingdezhen NO.1 People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into study group(was given percutaneous coronary intervention and intravascular ultra-sound-guided coronary rotational atherectomy)and control group(was given percutaneous coronary intervention combined with coronary rotational atherectomy)according to random number table method,61 cases in each group. The surgical success rate, maximum balloon pressure, vascular conditions, cardiac function indexes and the occurrence of adverse events 12 months after surgery were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Result:The surgical success rate in the study group was 100%,which was higher than 88.52%in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery, the residual stenosis rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group, maximum balloon pressure, maximum and minimum luminal diameter in the study group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery, the cardiac function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravascular ultra-sound combined with coronary rotational atherectomy in the treatment of patients with coronary artery calcification lesion can perform the operation more accurately, significantly improve the surgical success rate, and also have important promoting significance for the improvement of patients'cardiac function, which is one of the reliable clinical treatment of calcification lesions.
