Influence of Rectus Abdominis Nerve Block Guided by Ultrasound for Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function and Body Stress of Patients with Gynecologic Single-hole Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective:To investigate the influence of rectus abdominis nerve block guided by ultrasound for postoperative gastrointestinal function and body stress of patients with gynecologic single-hole laparoscopic surgery.Method:A total of 120 patients with gynecologic single-hole laparoscopic surgery in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine Shenzhen Hospital(Futian)from December 2021 to December 2022 were divided into control group 60 cases and observation group 60 cases by the random number table method. The control group were treated with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia, the observation group were treated with rectus abdominis nerve block guided by ultrasound based on the control group. The gastrointestinal function recovery time(bowel sound recovery time, exhaust time and defecation time),pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],gastrointestinal hormones[gastrin(GAS),gastric inhibitory polypeptide(GIP)and motilin(MTL)]and body stress indexes[adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),interleukin-6(IL-6)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)]of two groups were compared.Result:The bowel sound recovery time, exhaust time and defecation time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).Before the operation, the VAS score, gastrointestinal hormones and body stress indexes of two groups were compared, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);at 1,3 d after the operation, the VAS scores and body stress indexes of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, the gastrointestinal hormones were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rectus abdominis nerve block guided by ultrasound can more effectively control the fluctuations of postoperative gastrointestinal function and body stress of patients with gynecologic single-hole laparoscopic surgery,so its application value in the patients with gynecologic single-hole laparoscopic surgery is higher.
