Observation on the Effect of Tongfu Qingyi Decoction in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis with Syndrome of Stagnant and Jamming Dampness-heat
Objective:To observe the effect of Tongfu Qingyi Decoction in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)with syndrome of stagnant and jamming dampness-heat.Method:A total of 92 SAP patients who were treated in the First Hospital of Nanchang from March 2019 to February 2022 were included in the study.The patients were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received SAP combined modality therapy,and the study group was injected Tongfu Qingyi Decoction through gastric canal on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,T lymphocytes(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)and gastrointestinal motility indexes[motilin(MTL),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and cholecystokinin(CCK)]of the two groups were compared.Result:A total of 92 patients with SAP were enrolled.During the treatment,3 patients were excluded from the study group and 2 patients were excluded from the control group.Finally,43 patients in the study group and 44 patients in the control group completed the study.After treatment,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in both groups were higher than those before treatment,CD8+ in both groups were lower than those before treatment,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8+ in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,MTL and CCK in both groups were higher than those before treatment,VIP in both groups were lower than those before treatment,MTL and CCK in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and VIP in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).The clinical recovery rate + excellent effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tongfu Qingyi Decoction combined with SAP combined modality therapy protocol in SAP with syndrome of stagnant and jamming dampness-heat can significantly improve T lymphocyte subset,regulate immune function,improve gastrointestinal motility,and help to promote disease relief.
