Objective:To investigate the effects of Wenyang Lishui Prescription on platelet activating and vascular endothelial injury in patients with chronic heart failure.Method:A total of 300 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Chengde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to December 2022 were divided into control group(n=150)and observation group(n=150)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional chronic heart failure treatment,and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Lishui Prescription on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,before and after treatment of cardiac function indexes[cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],platelet activating status[glycoprotein CD41,CD62p,CD63],vascular endothelial injury status[von Willebrand factor(vWF),endothelin(ET)and circulation endothelial cell(CEC)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in cardiac function,platelet activating and vascular endothelial injury status indexes between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the cardiac function indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the platelet activating and vascular endothelial injury status indexes were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Wenyang Lishui Prescription in patients with chronic heart failure is good,which can significantly improve the platelet activating and vascular endothelial injury.
