目的:探讨舒血宁注射液用于急性脑梗死(ACI)治疗对血液流变学指标及神经功能的影响.方法:选取 2020 年 1 月—2022 年 6 月上饶东信第五医院收治的 88 例ACI患者,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组 44 例.对照组予以阿替普酶+阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,研究组基于对照组加用舒血宁注射液治疗,对比两组临床疗效、血液流变学指标[全血黏度(高切、低切)、纤维蛋白原]、神经功能损伤因子[神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100β蛋白]水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分及不良反应发生情况.结果:研究组临床总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,研究组ADL评分高于对照组,血液流变学指标、神经功能损伤因子水平、NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:ACI患者应用舒血宁注射液具有良好的治疗效果,在改善血液流变学及神经功能方面具有一定的优势,且患者预后较好.
Effect of Shuxuening Injection on Hemorheology Index and Nerve Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To investigate the effects of Shuxuening Injection on hemorheology indexes and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Method:A total of 88 patients with ACI admitted to Dongxin Fifth Hospital in Shangrao from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Alteplase + Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,while the study group was treated with Shuxuening Injection on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,hemorheological indexes[whole blood viscosity(high cut,low cut),fibrinogen],nerve function injury factor[neuron specific enolase(NSE),S100β protein]levels,national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,activities of daily living scale(ADL)scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the hemorheology indexes,nerve function injury factor levels and NIHSS score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shuxuening Injection in ACI patients has good therapeutic effect,and has certain advantages in improving hemorheology and neurological function,and the prognosis of patients is good.
