Study on the Application of Three-dimensional Navigation System for the Delivery Process in Elderly Parturients and Its Impact on the Delivery Process and Pregnancy Outcomes
Objective:To investigate the application of three-dimensional navigation system for the delivery process in elderly parturients and its impact on the delivery process and pregnancy outcomes.Method:Sixty elderly parturients admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Huadu District People's Hospital of Guangzhou from April 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. All the parturients planned to have vaginal delivery. The control group was monitored by traditional methods, and the observation group was monitored by three-dimensional navigation system for the delivery process. The decreased fetal presentation, intrapartum blood loss,2 h postpartum blood loss, labor duration of vaginal delivery, neonatal Apgar score and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Result:The decreased fetal presentation in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the intrapartum and 2 h postpartum blood loss were less than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the vaginal delivery rate and Apgar score at 1 min after birth between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of natural delivery in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the incidences of cesarean section, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first and second stages of vaginal delivery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of a three-dimensional navigation system for the delivery process in elderly parturients can reduce bleeding during delivery,2 hour postpartum bleeding, and dynamically monitor the level of decreased fetal presentation. It can improve the Apgar score of newborns, effectively improve the vaginal delivery rate of elderly parturients, shorten the vaginal labor process, and reduce the incidence of cesarean section, neonatal fetal distress, and neonatal asphyxia.
