Investigation on Death Situation of Major Malignant Tumors of Residents in Binyang County from 2011 to 2020
Objective:To investigation the death situation of major malignant tumors of residents in Binyang County from 2011 to 2020.Method:Death data from China disease prevention and control information system in the population death information registration management system from January 2021 to December 2020 were collected,and the death data of major malignant tumors in Binyang County were downloaded.The death situation of residents in different years,genders,age groups and malignant tumors type were analyzed.Result:A total of 10,770 deaths of major malignant tumors of residents in Binyang County from 2011 to 2020 were reported,with a mortality rate of 132.85/100,000.The highest mortality rate was in 2019(171.80/100,000),and the lowest mortality rate was in 2013(97.21/100,000),and the mortality rate of major malignant tumors showed an overall upward trend.The mortality rate of male residents(178.08/100,000)was higher than that of female residents(83.10/100,000)(P<0.05).The mortality rate of≥65 years old residents was the highest(534.42/100,000),and the mortality rate of≤4 years old residents was the lowest(7.24/100,000),and the mortality rate of major malignant tumors showed an increasing trend with the increase of age.The top 5 malignant tumor mortality rates was liver cancer(50.65/100,000),lung cancer(29.60/100,000),gastric cancer(15.94/100,000),colorectal carcinoma(9.00/100,000)and nasopharyngeal cancer(7.41/100,000).Conclusion:The mortality rate of major malignant tumors of residents in Binyang County from 2011 to 2020 shows a upward trend,and the mortality rate of male residents is relatively higher,and the mortality rate increases with the increase of age.Liver cancer,lung cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal carcinoma and nasopharyngeal cancer are the top five malignant tumors with the highest mortality rate.
