Analysis of Influencing Factors on Quality of Life of Breast Cancer Patients
Objective:To analyze the risk factors related to the quality of life of breast cancer patients.Method:A total of 106 patients with breast cancer who were admitted to the General Surgery Department of Nantong Rich Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the cancer quality of life questionnaire for breast cancer patients(QLQ-C30),they were divided into the excellent group(n=80)and the poor group(n=26).The general data were collected by questionnaire survey method,and were analyzed by single factor analysis,logistic multifactor analysis,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Result:The proportion of endocrine therapy(no),economic factors(self funded),per capita monthly family income(＜5,000 yuan),PSQI score(＜15 points),marital status(married),treatment cost(＞50,000 yuan),clinical stage(＞stage Ⅱ),and factors that patients believe affect quality of life(family support attitude)in the poor status group were higher than those in the good status group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);logistic regression analysis showed that endocrine therapy,economic factors,per capita monthly family income,clinical stage,factors that patients think affect the quality of life were all independent risk factors affecting the quality of life of breast cancer,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:There are many risk factors leading to the decline of the quality of life of breast cancer patients.Targeted care measures should be taken to improve the quality of life during treatment for breast cancer patients who have no endocrine therapy,self-paid economic factors,per capita monthly income of the family＜5,000 yuan,clinical stage＞stage Ⅱ and factors that patients think affect the quality of life(family support attitude).
