Influence of Clinical Nursing Pathway Intervention on Disease Awareness and Recurrence of Patients with Myasthenia Gravis
Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway intervention on the disease awareness and recurrence of myasthenia gravis.Method:A total of 60 patients with myasthenia gravis admitted to the Department of Neurology,Yichun People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as subjects. The patients were divided according to the time of nursing intervention.According to the time of nursing intervention, patients who received intervention from August 2020 to July 2021 were grouped as the control group and received routine nursing care;the patients who underwent intervention from August 2021 to August 2022 were included in the study group and received clinical nursing pathway intervention, with 30 patients in each group. The rate of mastery of disease knowledge, related complications, recurrence rate, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The excellent and good rate of mastering disease knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the total incidence of disease-related complications during the whole period of nursing intervention was lower than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention, the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the nursing satisfaction score in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway intervention for myasthenia gravis patients can achieve more ideal nursing effect, effectively improve patients'knowledge of disease, reduce the occurrence of related complications and disease recurrence, and then improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
