Effects of Positive Rumination Thinking Training on Self-perceived Burden,Perceived Stress and Self-efficacy in Patients with End-stage Renal Disease of Hemodialysis
Objective:To explore the effects of positive rumination thinking training on self-perceived burden, perceived stress and self-efficacy in patients with end-stage renal disease of hemodialysis.Method:A total of 106 patients with end-stage renal disease of hemodialysis admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital were selected as the study objects, the cases selection time were from August 2019 to July 2021,and they were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method,53 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing measures, and the intervention group received positive rumination thinking training on the basis of the control group. Before and after intervention, the self-perceived burden, perceived stress and self-efficacy of the two groups of patients were investigated and counted respectively.Result:After intervention, the self-perceived burden scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the perceived stress in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of rest reasonably, emotion control,self-care,compliance with medical drugs and health problem in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Positive rumination thinking training can significantly reduce the self-perceived burden and perceived stress of patients with end-stage renal disease of hemodialysis, and at the same time improve their self-efficacy.
