Application of Triple Linkage Extended Nursing Based on Evidence-based Problem-oriented Rehabilitation Concept in Patients with Neurogenic Bladder
Objective:To investigate the application of triple linkage extended nursing based on evidence-based problem-oriented rehabilitation concept in patients with neurogenic bladder(NB).Method:A total of one hundred patients with NB admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from April 2019 to December 2022 were selected, the 100 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received triple linkage extended nursing based on evidence-based problem-oriented rehabilitation concept.Urodynamic indicators, urination indicators, emotional state, quality of life, and urinary tract infection between two groups were compared.Result:After intervention, the maximum bladder pressure measuring volumes and maximum bladder pressure of both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, the maximum urination volumes were more than those before intervention, and residual urine volumes were less than those before intervention, and the maximum bladder pressure measuring volume and maximum bladder pressure of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the maximum urination volume was more than that of the control group, and residual urine volume was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the times of daily urinary leakage and times of daily urination in both groups were less than those before intervention, the urine volumes of each time were more than those before intervention, and the times of daily urinary leakage and times of daily urination in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the urine volume of each time was more than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the short form 36 health survey questionnaire(SF-36)scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, and SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of urinary tract infection in the observation group after 2,4 weeks of intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triple linkage extended nursing based on by evidence-based problem-oriented rehabilitation concept has a good intervention effect on NB patients, can significantly improve bladder function, improve urination levels and negative emotions of patients, which is conducive to reducing the incidence of urinary tract infection.
