Analysis of the Status Quo of Continuous Nursing Needs of Patients with Acute Heart Failure and Its Related Influencing Factors
Objective:To explore the status quo of continuous nursing needs of patients with acute heart failure and its related influencing factors.Method:A total of 84 patients with acute heart failure admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University from May 2021 to August 2022 were selected.The continuous nursing needs of patients were evaluated by self-made continuous nursing needs questionnaire of patients with acute heart failure,and relevant data were collected to compare the scores of different patients'continuous nursing needs and the factors affecting the continuous nursing needs of patients with acute heart failure were analyzed.Result:The average scores of continuous nursing needs of 84 patients with acute heart failure was(127.60±12.76)scores.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of continuous nursing needs of patients with different age,education level,family monthly income,family care situation and self-care ability(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance differences in the scores of continuous nursing needs of patients with different gender,cardiac function grade and cost payment method(P>0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,family monthly income,family care situation and self-care ability were the influencing factors of continuous nursing needs of patients with acute heart failure(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with acute heart failure have a high need of continuous nursing,which is related to patients'age,education level,family monthly income,family care and self-care ability.
