The Value of Thunder-fire Moxibustion in the Adjuvant Treatment of Postpartum Stress Urinary Incontinence
Objective:Exploring the value of thunder-fire moxibustion in the adjuvant treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Method:A total of 78 patients with postpartum stress incontinence admitted to Yudu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects, and the patients were divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=39)according to digital table of medical records drawing method. The patients in the control group were given pelvic floor rehabilitation intervention, and the patients in the observation group were treated with thunder-fire moxibustion adjuvant treatment on the basis of the control group. The international consultation committee on incontinence questionnaire short form(ICI-Q-SF)scores,urinary leakage situation(24 h average times of urinary leakage and 1 h urinary volume),pelvic floor muscle function[cervical mouth position(CMP),bladder neck position(BNP),urethral tilt angel(UTA)and posterior urethravesical angel(PUA)],urodynamic[maximum urethral closure pressure(MUCP),Valsalva leak point pressure(VLPP),maximal detrusor pressure(MDP)]were compared between the two groups before intervention and 2 months after intervention.Result:After 2 months of intervention, compared with the control group, the ICI-Q-SF scores of the observation group was lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention, compared with the control group, the 24 h average times of urinary leakage and 1 h urinary volume in the observation group were lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention, compared with the control group,CMP and BNP in the observation group were lower, and UTA and PUA in the observation group were smaller, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention, compared with the control group,MUCP,VLPP and MDP in observation group were higher, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion adjuvant treatment can significantly improve the urinary leakage symptoms, pelvic floor function and urodynamic of patients with postpartum stress incontinence.
