Research Progress on the Treatment of Female Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in Childbearing Age
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common clinical reproductive endocrine disorders disease,its clinical manifestations exhibiting high heterogeneity,the pathogenesis is complex and unclear,and there is not uniform standard for the treatment of PCOS.At present,symptomatic treatment is mainly used to regulate the menstrual cycle in clinical,improve insulin resistance(IR),and reduce androgen levels in women with PCOS.Symptomatic treatment mainly including western medicine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and integrating Chinese and western medicine,each treatment method is constantly updating and improving.Based on it,the paper summarizes recent advances in the treatment and in the treatment of PCOS,in order to provide a certain reference basis for further standardizing the treatment of PCOS.
